I am sure the scenario above sounds very familiar. I am here to tell you that healthy eating is not complicated, but you have to go to the right source. If you keep listening to your friends and fake professionals whose sole purpose is to sell you something then it is going to continue to be complicated. What you are going to find with Sharon’s “Unleashed” Weight Loss Program is that it is not complicated at all. If you just eat Real Food, you will be successful.


The number one thing effecting America today is access to REAL information about nutrition. Eating healthy and correctly is actually VERY easy. The people that have made it difficult are those people that are trying to profit from nutrition and weight loss. What I know after more than 20 years in this business is that diets do not work. They are miserable, ineffective and not sustainable. If you diet you will gain the weight back plus more. This realization led me to start doing research on my own and introducing this concept of REAL nutrition to my clients. What would happen if we stopped telling people what THEY wanted to hear and actually told them the truth…


I am here to tell you the truth. You can not eat fast food, junk food, or foods that are lacking in nutrients and prevent weight gain or lose weight. Look I said it and now I am going to back it up. I know that there are some people out there that can eat junk food and stay skinny, but guess what you aren’t one of them because if you were you’d be successful by now. So suck it up buttercup, accept it and lets go about this the right way, the healthy way and actually be successful on this health and wellness journey.


So, the first step of the “Unleashed” Weight Loss program is to forget everything you have heard in the past. I ask my clients this question all the time… “Who Says”.... I client comes to me and says xyz is healthy, xyz is unhealthy, I can’t eat that many calories, those aren’t enough calories, etc. etc. “Who Says”... 9 times out of 10 the response is “Everybody”... well who is everybody. Again, 9 times out of 10 my client comes clean and says a friend or the internet. Well consider the source. What is their educational background? Do they want to profit from you? Does the “Source” actually know what they are talking about or know what is right for you?


As part of my personal journey to health and wellness I discovered a lot of things. I am one of those people that can not eat fast food, junk food, etc. or I will gain weight; no matter how much exercise I participate in. I of course wallowed in self pity for a while and tried to fight it, but it wasn’t until I accepted that truth that my weight stabilized and I achieved my dream body. Now, I live in the body I have always wanted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days out of the year. The acceptance of the truth is liberating. I don’t have to lose weight for vacation. I don’t have to diet for Valentine’s Day. The best part is that I have maintained my life long dream body for 4 years now and am thankful for the journey because it allows me to bring REAL solutions to my clients and help them achieve the same thing. This does not mean that I never enjoy food or have the foods that I love, but those are “Special Occasion” meals and I don’t need them every week.


What I am proposing is never dieting again...This is going to come as a shock to you but you NEVER need to diet again. If you live a healthy lifestyle then you do not have to live in a state of deprivation and never need to diet again. Yes I just said it 3 times…You Never Need to Diet Again. If you create the healthiest body that you can then over time your body will be the size it is meant to be. Makes Sense!!!! Industry Bio: Sharon Polsky - Founder of PPF, Inc.
Sharon, a former dancer and athlete, has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and a national fitness seminar presenter for over 10 years. She is now the proud owner of PPF. in Long Beach California; offering Personal Training and Group Fitness Services.

With a love for fitness and a competitive nature Sharon was missing something from her life. So, she embarked on a new adventure of participating in fitness competitions in 2006, after the encouragement of FAP champion Dena Weiner. Sharon began competing with the Ms. Ftiness and Fitness America organizations; and now competes with the WBFF and was awarded her professional status in May of 2011. Throughout this competition journey Sharon has been fortunate enough to work with many great photographers and sponsors and has been featured in Oxygen Magazine 2 times, World Physique, Fit and Firm Magazine, ESPN/Fox Sports 3 times, and modeled for Las Vegas BikeFest and MalibuStrings numerous times. Sharon was recently awarded the Monica Brant E.W.E. Inspirational Award at the 2011 WBFF World Championships; for her work inspiring and motivating women all over the world. Sharon is now a staff writer for World Physique Magazine and shares information with her readers about her competition strategies.

Sharon is certified by AFAA, ACE, Spinning and Pilates Method in fitness and is an examiner and provider for AFAA & ACE for the Step, Primary  and Programs of her own. She has also developed the only pole dancing for fitness instructor certification program based on ACSM guidelines for safe and effective exercise and is  recognized by the 2 most recognized national fitness certification organizations AFAA and ACE; offering continuing education credits for her program.

Sharon's personal practice includes developing weight loss and muscle development programs for her Personal Training clients.
